Gang Of Four Recordings Inc was a DIY label. It managed one single. It issued singles in an GO4-V0 numerical series. Gang of Four are a post-punk group from Leeds. Original personnel were singer Jon King, guitarist Andy Gill, bass guitarist Dave Allen and drummer Hugo Burnham. They were fully active from 1977 to 1983, and then re-emerged twice in the 1990s with King and Gill. Between 2004 and 2006 the original line-up was reunited; as of 2013, Gill is the sole original member. Distributed By Piccadilly and Rough Trade Records.
